WEEKLY RATES BELOW ARE FOR PRIVATE USE OF THE WHOLE FARMHOUSE.
Prices include private use of Lake & Swimming pool.
To assist you in your arrival and to allow you to settle in we are happy to offer the following:
Property will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival in accordance with the latest COVID-19 recommendations.
Additional cleaning service can be offered if required during your stay for an additional charge.
Fishing equipment is available for hire either on a daily basis or for the duration of your stay for a nominal charge. Bait can be supplied if notified in advance.

- Non- refundable Deposit of 20% of the full accommodation cost required at time of booking with full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A fully refundable damage deposit of 200 euro's taken prior to arrival. We will not charge for any small breakages, we just ask that guests let us know of any damage/issues so that we can ensure the house is ready for other guests.

No Smoking please within the property. Ashtrays available for use outside.
No pets accepted the property.
Quite hours are from 23:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs.
Please note the spiral staircase leading to the Tower Lounge/Bedroom is not suitable for very small children or persons with limited mobility.
